Contracts Manager - Housing
Location: Northampton
Type: Temp to Perm

Our client, a growing brickwork contractor, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a residential housing background. Brickwork experience or previous Site Manager experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
* Day-to-day management of housing developments
* Manage site teams, subcontractors, and agency staff
* Ensure projects run on time, within budget, and to programme
* Maintain high standards of Health & Safety compliance
* Ensure compliance with NHBC, LABC, and building regulations
* Attend weekly Sales/Construction meetings
* Quality control, snagging, and site inspections
Requirements
* Experience with large house builders at Site Management level
* Strong knowledge of H&S and building legislation
* CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
