A Dermalogica Retail Skin Therapist is at the true heart of where results happen in our stores and counters. Based on the shop floor, you are responsible for empowering and educating all our customers to achieve their best skin possible. You will demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service and combine this with a very personalised and educational approach to all conversations.
The responsibilities of the Retail Skin Therapist…. Could this be you?
* Guide customers through a journey, advising, listening, and connecting with them throughout every touchpoint to create a personalized experience.
* Perform treatments and set up skincare programmes comprising both treatment and homecare to achieve goals, sharing treatment plans with customers.
* Form partnerships with customers, combining professional expertise and products with their homecare commitments to ensure they achieve their healthiest skin ever.
* Take ownership of monthly targets set for the location, including individual and location targets, and keep track of daily goals achieved.
* Cover counter duties, including Face Mapping to understand clients’ needs and concerns, offering education, and empowering customers.
* Maintain the treatment area and other work areas professionally, including stocking shelves, cleaning all areas, and replenishing products.
Do you have the below skills?
* Education equivalent to Level 3 in Beauty Therapy with Facial Electrical, which is essential for consistent standards.
* Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification, including Microneedling and Chemical Peels; Dermalogica will fund this training if not already held.
* Experience as a Sales Advisor, ideally in a fast-paced Retail, Beauty, or FMCG environment.
* An outgoing, creative thinker who can create theatre at the counter to inspire and attract customers.
* A passion for skin health that inspires others.
