Landlord Liaison Officer needed in Bournemouth Paying £16.34 per hr ref 5288928 Full time hours on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities Build and maintain a network of private landlords and letting agents. Promote our services and tenancy support offer to encourage landlords to work with us. Secure new private rented sector properties for clients in housing need. Carry out property inspections to ensure compliance with housing standards and suitability. Work closely with Housing Options Officers to match clients to available accommodation. Support tenants and landlords to resolve tenancy issues, reduce risk of eviction, and promote tenancy sustainment. Provide advice to landlords on housing legislation, tenancy management, and best practice. Liaise with internal departments and external partners (e.g., benefits, support services, environmental health). Maintain accurate case notes and prepare reports when required.
