Facilities Manager Contract: Professional Services, Production & Technology Location: Andover, SP10 1DL Hours of work: 25 Contract Type: Permanent We are seeking a Facilities Manager to enhance, transform and consistently elevate the workplace experience across our client’s Andover site, including sub-tenant environments. This role is pivotal in delivering all FM services, implementing existing workplace concepts such as touchpoints and team boards, and ensuring continuity of experience across the estate. Job Description We are looking for a professional who can provide calm, confident and proactive support to employees, visitors and clients. Working closely with ISS and client stakeholders, the Facilities Manager will ensure seamless service delivery, effective workplace change management, and the continuous improvement of operational standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee all FM service delivery to ensure consistency, quality and SLA compliance Lead Moves & Changes planning and stakeholder engagement Line manage onsite FM teams including Security and Cleaning Maintain Health & Safety compliance and carry out required audits Manage rotas, absence, performance reviews and job chats for the FM team Liaise with contractors and clients; conduct inspections and prepare performance reports Maintain accurate workplace records including floor plans and staff listings Promote a positive customer experience across all key touchpoints Identify and recommend improvements to service delivery Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Strong customer and client focus within a facilities management environment Experience managing Front of House, Reception or Security operations Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to influence, negotiate and build strong relationships Computer literate with sound organisational and prioritisation abilities Able to work confidently with stakeholders at all levels Flexibility to work out of hours when required The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
