We are looking for a warehouse supervisor to join our team. This role is a vital link between our internal departments and the quality of the service we deliver on the ground. A successful candidate needs to have a background or interest in live events and an eye for attention to detail. Core Duties: Management of all aspects of the Warehouse operations including leading a team of casual, full-time and freelance staff. Organisation of the warehouse / workshop equipment and consumable items. Checking in equipment returned from hire. Uphold exceptional standards when prepping and de-prepping equipment for hire. Stock Control using Current RMS rental management software. Load and Unload vehicles and oversee vehicle loading logistics Manage Service, Repair and Maintenance of Fixtures, Equipment and Facilities. Ensure compliance with the company’s paperwork process to generate and file hire agreements and prep lists and reports. Ensure compliance with company health and safety procedures and ensure H&S standards are kept up in the warehouse. Occasional work on site rigging / de-rigging for events. Occasional deliveries to site when required. Management and upkeep of the company fleet of vehicles. Required Skills: Excellent attention to detail, organisation and customer service skills Great leadership and communication skills Good time keeping Ability to problem solve and to work to deadlines High self-motivation Physical ability to undertake manual labour required for the position Flexibility and a can-do attitude Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is an advantage but not essential.
