Responsibilities
* Debt recovery & consumer claims
* Commercial & civil disputes
* Contract, fraud & misrepresentation claims
* Real estate litigation (landlord & tenant, boundary/title disputes)
* Insolvency & enforcement matters
What we’re looking for
* Strong CPR knowledge across claims tracks
* Confident drafting & procedural compliance
* Commercial, client-focused mindset
* Ambition to grow within an expanding litigation team
