Theyre after a Senior Production Supervisor who can lead from the front, motivate big teams, and keep things running smoother than a mango purée. This isnt a clipboard-and-coffee kind of role. Its hands-on. Youll be managing a shift with up to 400 people on site at peak times - helping to hit production plans, keep standards tight, and constantly look for ways to do things better, faster, smarter. Youll be the right hand to the Shift Manager. When theyre not around, youll be the one keeping the whole show on the road. The day-to-day looks like: Making sure production targets are met - on time, within cost, and without compromising quality. Keeping food safety and CCP standards rock solid. Coaching, developing and supporting supervisors so they can do the same with their teams. Managing rotas, agencies, and timesheets - accuracy counts here. Running investigations and disciplinaries when needed (youll have HR support). Working with Planning and Production to deliver the next 24-hour cycle. Constantly looking for ways to improve - processes, people, performance Were looking for someone who Has at least 3 years experience in a supervisory role within food manufacturing. Knows how to manage and develop large teams (50 minimum). Understands operational P&L - not just what it is, but how it affects your shift. Holds HACCP Level 3 (non-negotiable). Ideally has IOSH Managing Safely and experience in fresh produce. Can use Excel for more than just typing in numbers.
