Overview
We are recruiting for Graduates in the Planning Engagement team to join a leading Engineering and Professional Advisory services consultancy. Locations include Manchester, Birmingham, Cardiff, Glasgow or London. You will work in a collaborative environment with a diverse range of clients and projects, helping demonstrate stakeholder engagement and informing development of schemes.
Responsibilities
* Work on exciting and innovative projects within the Planning Engagement team.
* Help clients demonstrate stakeholder and community engagement, share development plans, and capture feedback to inform schemes.
* Make technical information accessible to stakeholders by creating events, communications, and online content; design and run surveys to gather feedback; capture feedback through forms and questionnaires; analyze data to produce reports.
* Support project teams to deliver quality communications and engagement activities.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across dynamic project environments.
Projects
* Energy projects connecting on and offshore networks
* Transport projects improving UK travel via updated road and rail infrastructure
* Environmental projects around water and waste
* Specialist projects in defence, aviation, development and sport
Graduate Development Programme
Two-year programme designed to support personal and professional development through blended learning, core business and professional skills training, mentoring, networking opportunities, and on-the-job experience.
What We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate
* You will have graduated with at least a 2:2 in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant subject.
* Complete the application in full and answer all questions; online skill enabler assessment is also required. These are essential parts of the recruitment process.
* Aim to start work in September 2026.
