The Role
Having recently heavily invested in our Academy, we are recruiting career driven and progressive team members to be based at our Harpenden Head office. This is a unique opportunity that will involve selling secondary ancillary services to our customers (mortgages, removals, conveyancing). You will be speaking with clients, purchasers, landlords and tenants by telephone as well as communicating via email. You will identify referral opportunities to introduce clients to hand-picked professionals, whom we have partnered with, in order to provide ancillary services.
While performing this role you will have the opportunity to go through a years specialist training focused on how to become a market leading property professional as part of our academy graduate scheme. This will involve spending time in all facets of our business, from residential sales, lettings, land & new homes, marketing, asset management and sales progression. Once you have 'graduated’ you will have the chance to join one of these departments to continue your development and career at Ashtons.
