If yes, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a global leader in providing merchandise solutions for well-recognised brands., where you will be key in driving new business opportunities and leads. This is a part time role (circa 25 hours per week).
The role works in collaboration and supports the Global New Business Director.
ROLE PURPOSE
* You will be responsible for managing 3 major workflows - New Business Targeting, CRM Management and Global integration with key licensees
* Identifying new opportunities through the targeting and prospecting of new and existing clients
* Identifying key client stakeholders within client organisations and industry sectors that are aligned to the company’s ongoing segmentation strategy
* Utilising the tools available (Marketing content, Sales Navigator, Cognism) you will adapt the approach to ensure maximum responses to targeted emails are achieved, with the goal of initiating an introductory call with the Global New Business Director or yourself.
CORE SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Create lists of qualified ‘middle-weight’ prospect companies, defined by scope – Large global scope across key markets including US and China, B2B client type and spend on a daily basis
* Establish key target prospects based on job role within the key target companies
* Understand the different role personas in each organisation to effectively search for the relevant contacts
* Run Cognism reports to identify contacts with the relevant job roles at prospect companies, typically aiming to identify 20-30 suitable contacts per company, and capture details that include Name/Role/Email address/LinkedIn Profile
* Validate contacts through additional LinkedIn research to confirm contact is likely to be responsible for Merchandise and download validated contacts as CSV from Cognism
* Email outreach to targeted validated prospects with introduction and company overview
* Log and capture into CRM – ensure all email outreach is logged and captured in Hubspot CRM
* Manage ongoing communication outreach, working closely the Marketing team to share new value added content with contact every 4 – 6 weeks
* Manage prospects and work with Global Business Director to engage and set up meetings with those prospects that require an introduction or further details on particular topics
* Capture and report on key activity including outreach, success rate etc.
* Supporting of key events attended
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience using Hubspot, Cognism, Sales Navigator
* Experience using monday.com
* Strong MS Office skills
