Four Oaks Healthcare is a nurse-led provider of live-in and domiciliary care and, due to expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate individual to join our growing team as a care coordinator. As the care coordinator., you will be responsible for managing a team of care assistants as well as maintaining a good communication line with all customers and other parties to ensure we deliver a high standard of care.
