Gas Service & Repair Engineer – IP Area
💰 £40,000 – £45,000 + Company Van & Fuel Card
We are currently looking for an experienced Gas Service & Repair Engineer to join our team covering the IP postcode area. You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing domestic heating systems, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service in occupied homes.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on domestic gas appliances and heating systems
*
Diagnose faults and complete repairs safely and efficiently
*
Provide high levels of customer service when working in customers’ homes
*
Update job progress and complete required documentation and reports
*
Follow all Health & Safety procedures, including Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work
*
Manage and order parts in line with stock procedures
*
Ensure all work complies with gas safety regulations and industry standards
Requirements
*
ACS Gas Qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 (essential)
*
Full UK Driving Licence
*
Previous experience in domestic gas servicing and repairs
*
Strong knowledge of gas safety regulations
*
Good fault-finding and problem-solving ability
*
Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
*
