Are you a recent graduate looking to gain experience in a primary school setting? Do you have a passion for education and supporting young learners? GSL Education is currently recruiting a Graduate Teaching Assistant to work in primary schools across Lincoln.
Role Responsibilities:
* Supporting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities.
* Working with individual students and small groups to reinforce learning.
* Assisting with behaviour management and creating a positive learning environment.
* Helping students with special educational needs (SEN) access the curriculum.
* Providing general classroom support and encouraging student engagement.
Requirements:
* A passion for working with children and supporting their development.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Adaptability and a proactive approach in the classroom.
* A DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
