Mayo Wynne Baxter is delighted to announce a new opportunity within our highly regarded Urban Commercial Property team at our Brighton hub! We are seeking a talented and motivated Solicitor or Legal Adviser to join us, ideally with 1–3 years PQE. If you are Newly Qualified into Commercial Property and have gained substantial experience in a Paralegal capacity in this area then this could also be a great role for you.
What you will be doing:
You will work closely with an experienced, supportive team on a broad variety of commercial property matters, including:
* Commercial landlord and tenant work
* Lease management
* Commercial property sales and purchases
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise and gain exposure to high-quality work within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
What you will need:
We are looking for a professional who:
* has experience in managing their own Commercial Property caseload
* is highly personable with exceptional communication skills
* is confident in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and referrers
* is positive, approachable, and committed to delivering outstanding legal services
