Job Description
Working within the principles of person-centred support, enabling development and inclusion in their everyday lives within their home and wider community, we require both full time and part time Support Workers/Carers.
We require dedicated individuals to support adults with learning disabilities, autism and autistic spectrum disorders, complex needs, mental health issues and challenging behaviours in all aspects of their daily lives.
You will also be expected to support the service users with general household chores, for example:
* Cooking
* Laundry
* Housework such as hoovering and dusting
* Personal care (assistance with bathing, toileting and feeding)
No two days are the same in this role; you will have the opportunity to assist someone else broaden their horizons and experiences whilst doing the same for you.
