Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher looking to make a meaningful impact in a nurturing and inclusive school? We are seeking a dedicated full-time SEN Teacher to join our outstanding SEN provision in Hillingdon from September 2025.

Your Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver differentiated, engaging lessons for pupils with additional needs.
* Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and external specialists to implement EHCPs.
* Use a range of communication methods (e.g., Makaton, PECS, AAC) to support non-verbal students.
* Monitor progress, well-being, and personal development of students with SEND.
* Foster a nurturing and safe learning environment that promotes confidence and independence.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEND or inclusion settings.
* A strong understanding of SEN best practices and EHCP implementation.
* Patience, adaptability, and a passion for inclusive education.
* Experience working with children with autism, complex needs, or speech & language difficulties is highly desirable.
