What you’ll be doing
Taking full responsibility for a diverse portfolio of high net worth individuals, families, and trusts
Acting as a trusted adviser on complex tax planning and advisory matters
Leading and developing a team, providing guidance and technical support
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, becoming a key point of contact
Identifying opportunities to expand services and add value across the portfolio
Contributing to the wider growth and strategic direction of the office
What we’re looking for
Strong background in private client tax within a practice environment
Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships at a senior level
Confidence in handling complex advisory work independently
Experience leading or mentoring junior team members
Commercial awareness and an interest in contributing to business growth
CTA or equivalent qualification would be expected
