Job Description
The main duties of the role will include:-
3. Supporting a variety of internal teams across the business and making sure that all administration processes are being efficiently managed.
4. Diary management for Senior Directors and ensuring all appointments are organised accordingly.
5. Organise any facilities efficiently and support the internal business when required.
6. Use Quickbooks to process finances
7. Event management including travel requirements.
8. Invoicing and processing expenses accurately.
9. Ordering stationary as and when required.
