On behalf of a specialist marketing and communications business, we're now recruiting an experienced Executive / Personal Assistant & Office Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a varied, trusted role supporting a CEO across both executive and personal priorities, while also ensuring the smooth running of a small but busy office environment. £35,000 – £38,000 Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm 1 day working from home each week 20 days holiday plus bank holidays Duties and responsibilities: Managing complex diary commitments, email correspondence, and key communications on behalf of the CEO Preparing agendas, briefing papers, presentations, and follow-up documentation for meetings and external engagements Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas, itineraries, and logistics Managing personal appointments, schedules, and confidential life administration Overseeing day-to-day office operations, facilities, suppliers, and business systems Supporting HR administration, recruitment coordination, and basic financial record-keeping Handling corporate documentation, governance requirements, and administrative compliance Required skills and experience: Previous experience in a senior PA, EA, or similar executive support role Strong organisational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and manage shifting priorities Experience supporting C-suite, founder, or senior leadership figures Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in a busy environment and meeting deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint High levels of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
