We are looking for an individual to join our Wholesale Funding team, where you will support the financial liquidity of our network partners, and continued growth of our £1billion portfolio through the day-to-day management of our wholesale funding system.
A bit about the ‘Department’: The wholesale department provide our dealer network with a variety of funding options to support liquidity. Our portfolio of funding includes New, Demo and Used stocking, mortgages, equipment loans, and retail concept loan or lease facilities.
What you’ll be doing:
* Processing the acceptance of new and used vehicles onto the relevant stocking plans
* Carrying out the set up and maintenance of dealers and users in the wholesale funding system
* Effectively and accurately updating interest base rates in the system
* Overseeing the process requests of current account and term loan drawdowns up to £50m
* Creation and execution of new retail concept lease and loan agreements
* Review and action wholesale stock audit results via the VAS SMART system
* Maintenance of dealer credit limits in the wholesale funding system following annual credit review
* Prepare and distribute monthly management reporting
* Build relationships with our dealer partners through telephone and email exchange
* Work with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with SOX
What you’ll get to own:

Key Experience & Skills:
* Good understanding for Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel (v-lookups, x-lookups, pivot tables)
* Administration or operational experience within a busy processing environment
* Excellent attention to detail, methodical and structured approach to task
* Confident verbal and written communicator
* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
