Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and IT-proficient professional to join our established estate agency. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support and play a key role in driving our marketing initiatives through our internal IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver comprehensive administrative support across all areas of the business.
* Accurately maintain and update property databases and client records.
* Manage client communications in a professional and timely manner.
* Coordinate and execute marketing activities, including digital property promotions and targeted campaigns.
* Support the wider team in ensuring efficient business operations.
Candidate Profile
* Demonstrated proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Experience in digital marketing or social media management (desirable).
* Previous experience within the property sector is advantageous but not essential.
