An opportunity has arisen to join the established team at Driffield Dental Services for the role of Dental Support Worker. The role is 15 hours per week (Thursdays/Fridays) and involves a mix of front-line administration support and assisting with the decontamination of dental instruments in accordance with HTM105 regulations.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will have a professional telephone manner, an empathetic and calming nature, and good organisational skills. They should be able to work calmly under pressure, effectively handle patient queries, and manage all aspects of cash collection and appointment scheduling.
