Search Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Marketing and Communications Advisor to join one of our specialist clients located in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of our clients to work alongside the Group Marketing and Communications Manager. This opportunity will allow you to play a central role within a well known private organisation who are operating across the UK, supporting both internal and external communications across business divisions.
This permanent opportunity will be office based for the first 3 months, then offer hybrid working thereafter, with the office located in Glasgow City Centre. This role will be working Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm, working a 35 hour week. The salary for this opportunity will range from £29,000 - £31,000 depending on relevant experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Be responsible for managing and maintaining the groups intranet page, ensuring it remains an engaging and informative platform for all central employees.
Design and implement internal newsletters, including content planning, editing, and liaising with contributors across the business
Develop ideas and strategies to deliver company news updates and internal/external communications
Draft, edit, and proofread content for all communications, including key publications that showcase company history, achievements, and strategies
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to discuss any ideas or strategies that may positively impact the business communications
Provide ongoing support on marketing and communications projects across the group
Bring a dynamic, new positive outlook to all communications, ensuring tone, style, all reflect the company values and project briefsThe suitable candidate should have:
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with all stakeholder levels
Previous marketing experience, ideally within internal communications, marketing or PR
Strong written and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to proofread
