The Role
You’ll handle a varied caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new builds, managing files from instruction through to post-completion. You’ll work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and lenders, ensuring smooth transactions while maintaining compliance with SRA and AML regulations.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with 3+ years’ residential conveyancing experience.
* Strong technical knowledge with excellent communication skills.
* Confident using case management systems and highly organised.
* Client-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
