What you'll be doing
Ensure site-based Lifetime Quality Records (LTQR) management activities are carried out in accordance with approved processes and procedures.
As a Records Technician you will have the following accountabilities:
1. Review incoming and outgoing documents for compliance to requirements
2. Manage distribution of both electronic and hard copy documents
3. End to End configuration control.
4. Prepare data reports when required on document status for LTQR Manager.
5. Assist production of LTQR handover packs
6. Assist Area Quality Leads to ensure appropriate LTQRs are submitted for work packages as required by contract.
7. Review LTQRs for accuracy and adequacy of content to allow the compilation of lifetime records to support End of Erection Status Reports
Who we're looking for
We're looking for,
8. Experience in the field or qualification in Engineering
9. Excellent IT skills and experience in applying electronic document management systems (EDMS) and associated metadata schemas.
10. Minimum of 3 years experience on EDMS automation systems and control of LTQR records
