REVIT Technician
An established building services consultancy is seeking a Revit Technician to support the delivery of coordinated BIM models and high-quality technical drawings across a range of projects. You’ll play a key role in producing and coordinating 3D BIM models, working closely with engineers and the wider design team to ensure accurate, compliant project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Produce Revit and AutoCAD building services drawings and models
*
Develop coordinated 3D BIM models in line with current design practices
*
Set up and maintain BIM projects, including linking architectural and structural models
*
Establish and maintain Revit standards and QA procedures
*
Ensure all work complies with CAD standards and quality processes
*
Carry out clash detection and resolution using Navisworks
*
Coordinate mechanical, electrical and plumbing services within BIM models
*
Work closely with engineers and design team members to support project coordination
*
Deliver accurate, high-quality project outputs to agreed deadlines
Skills & Experience
*
Proven experience as a Revit Technician, ideally within building services or a consultancy environment
*
Strong working knowledge of Revit
*
Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination
*
Understanding of BIM standards, QA processes and coordinated design
*
Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team

Working Hours & Flexibility

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch)
