JSS HR - HR Business Partner
JSS HR is thrilled to announce a partnership with a small business in the East Midlands for an HR Business Partner role.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide advice and guidance to managers on all people-related matters
2. Assist in implementing and embedding the people plan in the business
3. Identify training needs and provide solutions
4. Ensure HR policies are up to date and reviewed regularly
5. Support recruitment activities
Requirements:
* CIPD qualified
* Good communication skills
* Proven track record at HR BP/HR Advisor level
* IT literate
