Warehouse Operations Manager
Salary: £35,000 per annum

Role Overview:
ZETEC are working in partnership with a well-established manufacturing organisation to recruit a Warehouse Manager to lead and enhance its warehousing function. This role will focus on ensuring compliance with GMP standards, improving stock control processes, and implementing a scanning system for materials and components. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a warehouse team across multiple sites and supporting the achievement of key operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure safe and GMP-compliant warehouse operations across all facilities.
2. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement warehouse strategy.
3. Lead the rollout of a scanning system for all materials and components.
4. Manage and motivate warehouse teams to meet business objectives.
5. Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of materials into production.
6. Coordinate the dispatch of finished goods to external sites.
7. Maintain accurate stock records for audit and cost control purposes.
8. Manage stock takes and pallet movements across all locations.
9. Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth material flow.
