What you'll be doing Working as part of the HR Business Partner Team, you'll help navigate the complexities of organisational transformation while building the high-performing, engaged culture we need for the future. You're motivated by seeing strategic HR initiatives create real business impact and want to work where your expertise can shape organisational success. Essential: CIPD Chartered Membership (Level 7) or equivalent professional qualification Demonstrable experience as an HR Business Partner supporting leadership teams through significant change Commercial understanding with ability to influence and challenge constructively at senior levels Demonstrable experience of designing and implementing organisation structural change and operating model methodologies Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and proven track record managing complex employee relations cases Experience coaching leaders to improve performance and implementing HR strategies aligned to business objectives Evidence of using people data to support strategic decision-making and organisational improvements Our Recruitment Process Our process includes a screening stage and a two-stage interview.
