Care Pack Pharmacy is a new and growing independent distance-selling pharmacy specialising in care home dispensing and MDS services. We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Dispenser with care-home experience who wants to grow with a business from the start.
This role is ideal for someone experienced in care home pharmacy, MAR charts, and monitored dosage systems, who is ready to take ownership and progress over time.

Key responsibilities:
* Accurate dispensing of prescriptions under pharmacist supervision
* Care home dispensing, including MDS / blister packs
* Managing MAR chart changes, urgent amendments, and GP updates
* Organising workload to meet care-home cut-off times and deliveries
* Using pharmacy PMR systems to maintain accurate records
* Stock control, expiry checks, and SOP compliance
* You'll be comfortable managing MAR changes, urgent care-home amendments, and last-minute GP updates without the day falling apart.
* You'll be confident working through MDS cycles, understanding how accuracy impacts care homes downstream.
Essential experience
* Care home pharmacy experience (essential)
* Hands-on MDS / monitored dosage systems experience (essential)
* Experience as a Pharmacy Technician or experienced Pharmacy Dispenser
* Strong organisation, reliability, and attention to detail
