Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Revenue Growth Manager to lead commercial strategies at our headquarters in Market Drayton, Shropshire. This role involves driving revenue growth through innovative strategies, cross-team collaboration, and strategic planning to enhance our revenue management and market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and inspire teams to enhance sales and marketing capabilities in Revenue Growth Management (RGM).
2. Identify revenue opportunities using RGM levers such as price, promotion, mix, and pack, focusing on core and new product development (NPD).
3. Develop and implement a 3-year strategic plan to increase revenue and profit through RGM and channel-specific strategies.
4. Drive market-winning initiatives and champion NPD market entry strategies, including pricing and promotion tactics.
5. Contribute to key business processes like innovation, brand development, and account planning with strategic insights.
6. Engage cross-functionally with account teams, brand managers, and strategic projects, fostering strong collaboration.
7. Apply deep customer and category expertise to inform business decisions.
8. Challenge existing practices with well-structured ideas and continuous improvements.
9. Utilize data analysis to identify trends and insights, optimizing sales performance and storytelling.
10. Influence and lead stakeholders effectively, demonstrating resilience and strong communication skills.
11. Lead and energize teams to perform at high levels, supporting overall business performance.
