Contribute to the department's curriculum development and resource creation. Foster a passion for Health and Social Care in students. Work collaboratively with colleagues. Participate in professional development opportunities. Ideal Candidate: Holds QTS or equivalent. Possesses excellent subject knowledge in Health and Social Care. Demonstrates a passion for teaching Health and Social Care. Has strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
