We're looking for a Cleaning Front of house who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and managing a cleaning team across multiple client sites.

Shift Pattern: monday to friday 9.30am-6pm
Role Responsibilities:
1. Manage a cleaning team, including recruitment, training, and development
2. Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard
3. Ensure staff follow task schedules and Health & Safety procedures
4. Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels
5. Handle issues professionally and escalate to line manager when needed
6. welcoming staff and guests to site and booking them into site
7. booking meeting rooms for site use
8. General office duties
9. Working alongside the FM to ensure smooth running of site
10. It Skills would be great but training will take place
