About the Role: As an HLTA, you will: Deliver planned lessons and learning activities across the curriculum Support class teachers with whole-class and small group teaching Assist in classroom management to maintain a positive and productive learning environment Cover classes when needed, ensuring continuity of learning Work closely with teachers and SENCO to support pupils' progress and development Contribute to wider school activities, including planning and assessment The Ideal Candidate Will Have: HLTA qualification or equivalent experience Experience supporting teaching and learning in a primary school environment Strong classroom management and communication skills Ability to plan and deliver engaging learning activities A proactive and adaptable approach with a commitment to supporting all learners This Role May Suit: Experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants seeking part-time hours Teaching Assistants aiming to progress to HLTA status Graduates or education professionals with relevant experience Individuals passionate about making a positive impact in a supportive primary school environment Why Choose Us?
