Mutti UK Following a 5 year journey of extraordinary growth, Mutti is now the No.2 brand in ambient tomatoes products in the UK with the ambition to become No.1 brand by 2028. To help continue our momentum, we are looking to hire a proactive Brand Manager. The successful candidate will report to the UK Marketing Manager and will play a key role in delivering our vision for UK Marketing and continue Mutti growth acceleration. Main responsibilities: Define, develop and execute local marketing and media plans for UK in close collaboration with UK sales team as well as with the international teams across Mutti and our Italian HQ; Understand the global brand position of Mutti, by creating and implementing the brand positioning for the UK, and by defining and maintaining the brand’s identity; Work collaboratively with the global marketing team in order to develop a tailored communication plan for UK consumers; Use consumer led insights to create a pipeline of NPD for the UK in collaboration with the global innovation team; Develop and implement an ambassador and influencer plan to drive brand awareness and purchase intent; Establish a compelling value proposition that highlights the uniqueness of Mutti products and differentiates the brand from competitors; Act as a strategic link between the UK market and Mutti, by promoting the brand’s development and ensuring sustainable business growth in the UK. What we are looking for: 3 to 5 years of experience in Brand Management and Marketing positions with a strong exposure and background with food brand and food products (experience with Italian brands would be an advantage); Previous experience within a company characterized by international and global operations; Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, agencies, and external partners across international departments; Previous experience in sales area and/or with exposure on strategic brand and communication marketing activities will be considered as relevant; Genuine passion and solid understanding of both Italian and UK food culture and food brands would be considered a strong asset; University degree, preferably in Marketing or related field.
