This is an excellent opportunity to join a multidisciplinary company who offer award winning design services to high profile projects across the North of England. They are on the lookout for an experienced and driven Architectural Technician to hit the ground for their team in Durham

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician:
* Prepare and submit planning drawings and documentations
* Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
* Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
* Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings
* Attend site appraisals, surveys, client meetings and site inspections
Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
* Degree in architectural technology
* Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit
* Strong UK building regulation knowledge
* Experience working on projects across a range of sectors
* Strong technical and design skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Full UK driver's license
* Live within a commutable distance to the Durham area
