We are looking for kind and dedicated Care Assistants to join our friendly team in a female-only service in Chippenham. This role is ideal for someone with a calm and respectful nature who takes pride in delivering gentle, dignified, and consistent care.
Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play an important part in supporting the wellbeing and comfort of our residents. You’ll help with personal care, medication, and mealtimes, while encouraging participation in light, meaningful activities that promote reassurance and happiness.
Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, person-centred care tailored to each resident
Assist with personal care, medication, and meals
Encourage engagement in daily routines and social activities
Offer companionship and emotional support with kindness and respect
Support mobility and ensure residents’ physical comfort and safety
Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and comfortable living environment
About You
Previous experience in care or personal support is beneficial but not essential
Naturally kind, patient, and calm under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
