We are looking for an up-and-coming creative Graphic Designer to join our growing team and help visually communicate our brand across multiple touchpoints. Right now, we have a Head of Creative / Design and we're looking to grow the team with this new addition.
The Role
You will support the marketing and brand team in delivering high-quality visual content that reflects The Boutique Workplace Co's premium and distinctive identity. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their design career who is eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, design-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, social content and digital assets
Create engaging social media graphics and email campaign visual
Support the creation of website assets and landing page graphics
Assist with branding projects and maintain brand consistency across all materials
Produce signage and in-workspace visual materials
Retouch and edit photography as needed
Prepare artwork for print and liaise with external suppliers
Contribute creative ideas to campaigns and brand initiatives
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone starting out and hungry to learn, with ideally 1-2 years' experience in a graphic design role (internship experience is great)
· Work or academic portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and attention to detail
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects a plus)
· Working understanding of typography, layout, and brand systems
· Basic knowledge of print production processes
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
· Good communication and organisational skills
· Can spot a typo from a mile away.
