SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Hull
Salary: £89 – £105 per day
Contract: Full Time

This role is ideal for individuals who may not have worked in education before but have a genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs.

SEN Teaching Assistant Role:
Supporting students with Autism and SEMH in their learning and daily routines.
Encouraging independence, confidence, and life skills.
Helping non-verbal students through alternative communication methods.
Working alongside teachers and therapists to provide a holistic approach to learning.
Bringing energy, positivity, and patience to the classroom every day.
As the ideal SEN Teaching Assistant, we are looking for:
Someone who is caring, resilient, and committed to helping young people thrive.
Applicants with experience in care, youth work, health and social care, psychology, sports coaching, or similar roles (education experience not essential).
Graduates in Psychology, Education, or related fields who are interested in SEMH/ASC work.
A team player with good communication and a sense of humour.
