Key Activities
* Business Development – Lead/contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches and hosting events.
* Internal Contribution – Develop campaigns, internal think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development, and offerings.
* Learning & Development – Participate in training, certifications, and support career development.
Your Profile
We seek a Director‑level candidate with experience in leading digital transformations from a product & agile perspective within the public sector. You will drive go‑to‑market plans, growth strategy, and shape digital factory offers, generating new business and delivering in excess of £2 m per annum of management consulting work.
* Extensive experience working with senior leadership to shape digital transformation programmes and embed operating models.
* Expertise in digital delivery & strategy, understanding multidisciplinary team capabilities.
* Strong facilitation skills for programme planning, product vision, design thinking, strategy, and road‑mapping.
* Proven success in a matrixed organisation, with ability to secure support and commitment from peers.
* Experience in proposition building and delivery.
* Business development capability to generate ~£2 m of consulting revenue (Director level).
