Role and Responsibilities
* Proactively source, manage, and progress land and partnership opportunities
* Lead and supervise bid submissions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
* Negotiate legal agreements and manage the pre-sale opportunities with key partners.
* Identify, assess, and pursue potential land opportunities
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in planning, land acquisition, and partnership development.
* Current network and contacts within the East Midlands area is essential.
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills, capable of engaging with senior decision-makers.
* Demonstrated ability in strategy development and execution using innovative approaches.
* Excellent relationship-building skills with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement.
