Medication Management - administer medications, ensuring accuracy, and maintain records according to regulations and company policies. Clinical Care - provide direct care, including wound care, catheter care, and other clinical procedures, ensuring residents receive appropriate and timely treatment. Supervision and Leadership - supervise other care staff, delegating tasks and ensuring that the care team delivers high-quality care. Communication and Collaboration - build strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals, communicating effectively and collaborating to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents. Ensuring Safety and Well-being - monitor residents for changes in health status, manage risks, and work to create a safe and supportive environment. Maintaining Records - accurately document all care provided, including assessments, care plans, medications administered, and any observations or concerns. Promoting Independence and Dignity - maintain residents' independence and dignity, encouraging participation in activities of daily living and promoting a positive quality of life. Following Regulations and Policies - ensure that all care provided adheres to relevant regulations, guidelines, and company policies.
