Training and Salary
The training lasts approximately 12 months. During this period, the Agenda for Change Annex 21 Training salary applies, starting at £19,255 per annum. Upon successful completion, you will be eligible to continue as a qualified Emergency Care Assistant, progressing to Band 3 (£24,071 per annum for 2024/25).
