Hours: 40 Hours, Monday to Friday

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Energy Manager to join our established team, delivering energy and carbon reduction strategies across a diverse customer portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement energy strategies across multiple sectors, including commercial, healthcare, manufacturing and logistics
* Deliver energy savings through Energy Performance Contracts (EPCs) and optimised building performance initiatives
* Conduct energy audits and produce detailed reports identifying opportunities to reduce energy, water consumption and cost
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support delivery of energy-saving initiatives
* Analyse utility and operational data (e.g. BMS, metering) to identify trends and improvement opportunities
What we\'re looking for
* Proven experience in energy management, sustainability or a similar technical role
* Knowledge of Building Management Systems, ideally worked as a BMS Engineer in a prior role
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret energy and operational data
* Experience delivering energy efficiency projects and carbon reduction initiatives
* Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
* Hold Engineering Qualification (such as Bachelor\'s Degree, City & Guids etc)
* Hold or working towards Charted Status
