Key Responsibilities
* Create and maintain data and systems for operational processes for Operations Director reporting, ensuring that data is stored, maintained to a set standard, and published where relevant.
* Undertake and manage projects assigned by the Operations Director to allow the Operations Department to develop and support the business through growth.
* Support the Operations Departments with additional tasks that require assistance, guidance and training to ensure consistency and reduce the possibility of delays in business activities.
* Identify potential areas and activities for business improvements and create development plans for a proactive and structured approach.
* Carry out all tasks and areas of responsibility with confidence, diligence, integrity and in the best interests of staff and the business.
* Responsible for project management and ensuring that all tasks and projects are carried out to a high standard.
* Support business system development where necessary.
* Support the continuous improvement and development of business ISO standards.
