About the Role
As Hotel Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all operational departments, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving commercial success. You’ll lead a high-performing team, foster a culture of excellence, and work closely with the General Manager and commercial leads to deliver on brand promise and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage all hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and security
2. Ensure consistent delivery of 5-star guest experiences across all touchpoints
3. Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of hotel staff
4. Monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive profitability
5. Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and brand standards
6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximise occupancy and revenue
7. Act as the face of the hotel, engaging with guests and resolving escalated issues
8. Support the General Manager in strategic planning and business development

Ideal Candidate
24. Proven experience as a Hotel Manager, Deputy GM, or senior operations leader in a luxury or lifestyle hotel
25. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a hands-on, guest-first approach
26. Commercial acumen and experience managing budgets, KPIs, and P&L
27. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
28. A passion for hospitality, innovation, and team development
29. Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or business (desirable)
