Salary Range: £95 – £115 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day / Long-term | Part-time / Full-time

GSL Education are excited to recruit a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) for a welcoming and inclusive school in Northumberland. This role offers a competitive daily rate of £95–£115, depending on experience, and is ideal for someone who is committed to making a positive impact on pupils’ academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant (LSA):
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of learning needs.
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
* Support pupils in accessing the curriculum and completing classroom activities.
* Encourage confidence, independence, and positive behaviour.
* Help create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
* Prepare teaching resources and assist with classroom organisation.
Job Requirements for Learning Support Assistant (LSA):
* Experience working with children or young people in an educational or care setting.
* A positive, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting learning.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
