Job Title: Inside Sales Coordinator
Salary: £30-50,000 +Bonus
Work Type : Hybrid
Locations: Manchester
Duties:
* Identifying and pursuing new freight opportunities
* Prospecting and generating potential leads
* Providing customer guidance and support, including preparing estimates and proposals
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships by offering support, insights, and recommendations for new business opportunities
* Addressing and resolving customer inquiries
* Demonstrating a strong understanding of and enthusiasm for the freight product
* Ensuring high-quality service by upholding and enforcing organisational standard
Ideal Candidate :
* 2 Years Freight Experience
* Experience with Ocean / Air / Road
* Key Account Management
* Freight Pricing
