About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Gas Engineer to join a well-established property services contractor delivering maintenance and repairs within social housing across the Leeds area. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent work, a stable schedule, and the chance to work with a professional and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out gas servicing, maintenance, and repairs within occupied and void social housing properties
* Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently and safely
* Ensuring all work is completed in line with current gas safety regulations and company standards
* Completing relevant paperwork and job reports accurately
* Providing excellent customer service to tenants and residents
Requirements
* Valid Gas qualifications
* Previous experience working within social housing or property services maintenance
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
