Hours : Monday:Friday : 7am : 6pm
Job Description:
Assisting and supporting the Operational Management team, which includes Reactive, Planned Preventative and Scheduled Maintenance services
To assist in monitoring out:sourced
Liaise with clients and contractors
To demonstrate good fault:finding skills on complex Electrical plant and equipment and be prepared to react quickly and positively to changing circumstances
Liaise with manufacturers regarding plant or equipment failure and to arrange orders for new plant, equipment
Assist in the recruitment and selection of new staff to vacant posts. Select candidates for new posts, interview, and recruit
Requirements:
-Formal qualification in either Electrical Engineering or similar recognised qualification
-17th Edition/18th Edition.
-Knowledge of Building Services
-Working on and managing PPMS
-Worked within the FM industry
-Valid UK Driving license
